Kieswetter Demolition Kieswetter Demolition is our salvage division; many years of experience has put Kieswetters` to the top of Ontario`s foremost reclamation industry. Piece by piece unwanted buildings are removed from one site and made available again through The Timeless Material Co. to be re-born somewhere else for others to enjoy for generations to follow.

Kieswetter Demolition Inc. is a well-established company in the K-W area of Ontario. Kieswetter is focused primarily on the safest and most economical methods of deconstruction and salvage. It is their task to carefully disassemble homes, factories, farm and historical buildings while ensuring the preservation of precious materials from the past.

Our teams are experts in the business of heritage salvage. Great care is taken by our crews to disassemble buildings, sometimes literally piece by piece, so as to extract and eventually give new life to architectural artifacts and structures. Preservation of materials from disassembled buildings is a benefit to everybody. Recycling of these materials not only gives the heritage hunter the prized item they were searching for, but also plays a part in keeping these materials from ending up in our landfills, benefiting the environment in which we live.

In keeping with our drive for maintaining a natural, healthy environment, there are no glues, formaldehydes or laminates in any of our products. All of our woods are solid, natural, healthy materials, the way nature intended. Virtually everything we salvage is recycled. Kieswetter Demolition removes a structure and everything that is salvageable is either sold by The Timeless Material Co. or used by Timeless Timber Structures in re-erecting and refurbishing timber structures. Although Kieswetter`s specialty is heritage salvage, other types of demolition and deconstruction are taken on by our crews; fire and insurance clean-up, block and steel structure removal, concrete removal (clean and with steel), silo and tank lowering, etc. We have various sizes of waste containment bins that are available for rent. Our excavators have the capacity to pulverize concrete slabs/walls on site down to 6"+/- in size for use as clean fill - a cost saving measure when taking into account the trucking of material either from the job or back to the site.

With a scope ranging from million sq. ft. warehouses, to the removal of small additions, we have done them all and are prepared to give your project the professional approach and attention it deserves.
