Simply impressive. This conversation piece is human ingenuity and engineering at it's best. It is a connecting rod, possibly from an old ship engine made entirely out of wood. Circa 1800.

Arched Windows

Very rare! These beauties are like nothing we have seen before. The arched windows feature a wrought iron grate covering the arched portion of the window. Within the grate, are small iron blooms located where each of the bars intersect. A sliding solid brass window lock and deocorative leaded glass give these pieces a style of their own. Even more impressive are the hidden hinges and putty free sash construction. Finally, each window is protected by solid steel shutters. Must be seen!(Two units available)
