As the visionary behind both Kieswetter Demolition and The Timeless Material Company, he's the real reason we all have a workplace to call home. His knowledge of past projects and our vast inventory is encyclopedic. Never one to be satisfied with the status quo, he continually pushes both sides of the company to best compliment one another and reach their full potential.
An accomplished musician and former member of a museum curation staff, Will brings that artistic vision to our showroom space and instagram presence. He's quickly built a network of new clients across the country which has resulted in large orders being sent from coast to coast. As a new Dad he's got his hands pretty full but will always find time to tickle the ivories and take pleasure in working on his own century home.
Although Ken is still heavily involved in both Demo and Timeless, many of the day to day activities and details fall to Kirk. Acting as a conduit between the different facets of the businesses and tenants on the properties, not much goes on without his knowledge. With a keen eye for the future, he's always looking to improve the family of companies, and himself, by staying fit and building his skillset.

A true jack of all trades and master of many, Rachel has taken on building our brand both on the property and on-line. Her graphic design and organizational prowess have been indispensable to our team, and her baking talents never disappoint either. When not at Timeless, Rachel is typically teaching design at a local college, gardening, or adventuring with her dachshund-mix Daizy.

Timeless team members are all passionate about repurposing and sustainability and Mathyas is no exception. Not only does Mathyas have a Masters in Environmental Science, but he also has years of hands-on experience from woodworking in the greater NYC region. In his free time, you can find him restoring a vintage car one day or cycling over to the rock climbing gym the next.
DESIGN & BUILD
There are certain looks and designs that Timeless is known for and that has a lot to do with Jay. There isn't much he hasn't tried to accomplish with reclaimed wood and the rest of our staff looks to him for guidance when quoting out new projects or contemplating the limitations and challenges of our stock. An avid cyclist and devoted family man, Jay is usually on the move and tends to look good wherever you can catch him.

As a graduate of the Conestoga College Architectural Millwork Co-op program and veteran of local cabinet making shops, Kyle can walk the walk and talk the talk when it comes to milling and fabrication. He dedicates equal energy to each project no matter the size and is always willing to pass on his know-how to customers. On his off hours he's an active member of the Waterloo County Rugby Club and an avid smoking and BBQ enthusiast.
A longtime resident of the seasonally sunny/snowy Saugeen Shores, Mark is plugged into the community and has a network of devoted customers, both residential and commercial. With extensive experience selling and working with reclaimed wood and materials, he relishes the challenges that come with his job. He's been running Timeless North for almost a decade now and when he's not tinkering on a project in the workshop you may still find him out back tending his garden.
MILL SITE MANAGER
After running his own trim and moulding company for 28 years, Gary now serves as manager at the Timeless Material Company's Durham milling facility. With his vast knowledge of wood and millwork production, Gary is the expert in anything trim and molding related. When not at the shop, Gary enjoys hooking onto the trailer and heading to a nice campground. In the winter, he's still trying to be noticed by an NHL scout in the Friday afternoon pick-up hockey game.
Mat’s woodworking career began 30 years ago when he was old enough to push a broom around his dad’s shop. Growing up in a family-run business quickly taught him the ins and outs of the industry. During the summer months, Mat works as a front tire changer on the #74 Nascar Pinty’s Series team from Ste. Eustache, Quebec. Other interests include working at local museums, marathon running, playing hockey and reading boring books.
Cheryll started her woodworking career at Durham Furniture in 1996 as a student, working her way to become the cabinet shop line coordinator. Cheryll was given an opportunity to grow and enhance her knowledge by accepting a job at The Timeless Material Company in 2018. When not at work or planning the ambassador program for the Durham Fall fair, you can find her spending time in the outdoors or camping with her husband and three children. She is kept keen and on her toes by their new 21 month old.
Having graduated from Georgian College as a civil engineering tech and working at a property assessment company, Ken knows the value of quality building materials. He gladly gave up his Toronto commute in 2018 to join the growing family at The Timeless Material Company. When he's not working, he's spending time with his wife and their dog Savannah, fishing, playing hockey, and working on his '28 3-window coupe.
Len arrived in Ontario from the UK in 1997 leaving behind a successful 17 year policing career. With his vast knowledge and experience it's no surprise that he continued his career in the private sector mainly as security management before joining the Timeless Team in Durham, Ontario. Len is a huge soccer fan and you can usually find him tending to this collections of antique coins and banknotes.
Although Sakeena's past is shrouded in mystery, she's an asset to the Timeless Team. Rescued from a shelter in 2010, she serves as 24 hour watch at the production facility. When not on patrol, she enjoys hunting mice, chewing cardboard, and receiving belly rubs.
